Cornwall from above - Rock Beach 02: At Rest

This collection captures the essence of Cornwall’s coastline through aerial perspectives, inspired by drone footage from my recent holiday. Each painting reflects the natural wonders of the ocean from above, with my signature coral reefs woven into the seascapes, bringing an underwater world into the scenery. These pieces blend my love for the sea’s surface and its depths, creating a unique fusion of land, water, and marine life.

This artwork is inspired by Rock Beach, one of my favourite places. I was particularly drawn to this drone footage because of the intricate colours in the water and the vibrant hues of the boats. The darker sections of the water felt like the perfect space to blend my coral, bringing an unseen underwater world to the surface.
