Cornwall from above- Crantock Beach

This collection captures the essence of Cornwall’s coastline through aerial perspectives, inspired by drone footage from my recent holiday. Each painting reflects the natural wonders of the ocean from above, with my signature coral reefs woven into the seascapes, bringing an underwater world into the scenery. These pieces blend my love for the sea’s surface and its depths, creating a unique fusion of land, water, and marine life.

Inspired by the stunning aerial views of Crantock Beach, Newquay. This painting captures the beautiful contrast between the waters, sandy shores, and seaweed, transformed into intricate 3D coral. Look closely, and you’ll find a miniature painted surfer, kayakers, and a paddle boarder, adding a playful, touch to the scene. A perfect blend of texture, depth, and coastal charm—ideal for anyone who loves the sea and Cornish landscapes.

I’ve used a range of materials to create 3D coral elements on the canvas, adding depth and texture to each piece. The artwork is beautifully framed in a floating frame with a deeper edge, designed to protect the intricate 3D features.
